Order Questions

To place an order, browse our products, select the items you want, add them to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this time, the order enters our processing system and cannot be changed. Please contact customer support immediately if you need to make changes.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's website. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please provide photos of any damaged items.

Payment Questions

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), mobile money (EcoCash, OneMoney), bank transfers, and cash on delivery for eligible orders.

Yes, all credit card transactions are processed through secure payment gateways with SSL encryption. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Currently, we offer installment plans for orders over $100 through our partnership with select financial institutions. Please check during checkout if this option is available for your order.

If your payment fails, you will be notified immediately and can try again with a different payment method. Your order will remain in your cart for 24 hours, giving you time to complete the payment.

Shipping Questions

We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days), express shipping (1-2 business days), and same-day delivery in select areas. Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, standard shipping costs $5.99.

Currently, we ship within Zimbabwe only. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to other countries in the near future.

Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days, express delivery takes 1-2 business days, and same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 PM in select areas.

Return Questions

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Some items like perishables and intimate apparel may not be eligible for returns.

To initiate a return, log into your account, go to your order history, select the order you want to return, and follow the return instructions. You can also contact customer support for assistance.

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Account Questions

Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

For security reasons, email address changes must be processed by our customer support team. Please contact us with your request and we'll assist you.

Log into your account, go to "My Profile," and update your address information. You can also add multiple addresses for different shipping locations.

Yes, you can request account deletion by contacting customer support. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. We'll process your request within 24 hours.
